BVG Agrotech hold all rights to its terms and conditions for product sales and services. Any machine sold by BVG Agrotech will not be accepted for return. There is no exchange or replacement policy for all our machines. The machine will only be accepted as return if it is damaged or malfunctioned before delivery. Upon ordering the machine the customer has to bear the transportation charges for the purchase made. BVG Agrotech will not be responsible for any transportation charges and damages happened to machine during transport. The transport company will compensate the cost of any damage happened to the machine while delivering it to the customer. In case of fraudulence during the payment, the payment and order will not be accepted. The payment done on the account details provided by us will be considered as done and the order will be processed. Company holds the right to accept and decline the payment terms.
